Low frequency view of GRB 190114C reveals time varying shock micro-physics

Abstract We present radio and optical afterglow observations of the TeV-bright long Gamma Ray Burst (GRB) 190114C at a redshift z = 0.425, which was detected by MAGIC telescope. Our with ALMA, ATCA, uGMRT were obtained our low frequency observing campaign range from ∼1 to ∼140 days after burst done three telescopes spanning up ∼25 burst. Long term radio/mm reveal complex nature afterglow, does not follow spectral temporal closure relations expected standard model. find that microphysical parameters external forward shock, representing share shock-created energy in non-thermal electron population magnetic field, are evolving time. The inferred kinetic blast-wave depends strongly on assumed ambient medium density profile, constant demanding almost an order magnitude higher than prompt emission, while stellar wind-driven requires approximately same amount as emission.
